LUT treats its family like family, and every employee is given the chance to learn grow and succeed. There are tons of great opportunities for seasoned professionals as well as Junior coaches alike.
We are always on the lookout for HIGHLY qualified coaches to work with our camp and class programs. Ideal candidates are mature, responsible professionals with a willingness to teach athletes of every level. We are specifically looking for coaches who use positive reinforcement, run highly efficient classes, can work independently and well with other staffers.
As a Junior staff member you will learn what it takes to become a successful Cheer and tumbling instructor.
Duties include:
- Shadowing and assisting senior staff members.
- Setting up and cleaning up stations and activates.
- Monitoring stations for safety.
Class & Camp instructors are the foundation and heart beat of the Level Up Tumbling organization.
Duties include:
- Independently running camps and tumbling classes.
- line drills, warm up and cool down activities.
- Class lesson planning and skill breakdown.
- Spotting and setting up drills for various skills.
- Monitoring and maintaining a safe training environment

Requirements:
- Must Pass USASF and outside background checks.
- Be Safe sport Certified and USASF credentialed preferred.
