Damien Schmuck is a proud Pennsylvania native whose life has been shaped by service, leadership, and a lifelong commitment to helping others reach their highest potential. As a U.S. Army veteran, Damien lives by the values of discipline, integrity, and resilience—qualities that have defined every chapter of his life, both personally and professionally.

A lifelong athlete, Damien has been involved in the world of cheerleading and gymnastics for over 20 years. His journey began as a cheerleader and gymnast and evolved into a dynamic coaching career spanning two decades. Damien has held key leadership roles as a head coach, tumbling, class, and athletic director for numerous top-tier programs including, Shippensburg University, Majestic Allstars, Celebrity Allstars, Cheer Tyme Allstars, Dazzle U Allstars, Divine Athletics, Wilson School of Gymnastics, and more.

Throughout his career, Damien has coached Summit, Worlds, and National champions, and is widely respected for his ability to bring out the best in both athletes and programs. He has worked with some of the most recognized names in the industry, including Top Gun, Maryland Twisters, Brandon Allstars, Cheer Athletics, Cheersurge, Long Island Cheer, and Fame Allstars. His passion lies in creating a lasting impact—not only through skills and performance, but through confidence, discipline, and leadership development.

Driven by his vision to support and grow programs from the inside out, Damien founded Level Up Tumbling—a mobile tumbling and stunt training company that delivers high-level instruction directly to gyms across the country. Through Level Up, Damien travels throughout the U.S., working with programs of all sizes to improve technique, build confidence, and elevate team performance. From small-town gyms to elite training centers, he brings the same commitment and energy to every clinic and camp.

Outside of coaching, Damien is a professional Realtor, deeply involved in youth mentorship, veteran advocacy, and community service. He enjoys staying active, grilling, exploring new places, and investing in personal growth. His life is guided by a simple but powerful philosophy: show up, lead by example, and leave a lasting impact.
